Since 2018, the gender equality index calculation is mandatory. The goal is to reduce the gap in pay between women and men.
At EVA Group, the Human Resources Department is committed to fighting salary inequalities within the company. Our HR team does everything possible to ensure that women and men work in mutual trust and with a team spirit.
The Index, out of 100 points, is calculated from 4 to 5 indicators depending on whether the company has less or more than 250 employees:
- The gender pay gap,
- The gender pay gap for individual raises,
- The distribution gap for promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
- The number of female employees who receive a raise upon return from maternity leave,
- Parity among the 10 highest paid employees.
